Our Homes
More than a place to stay. A place to call home.
We believe that the physical environment in which a young person lives has a profound effect on how safe, settled, and motivated they feel. That’s why every Sams Homes property is carefully selected, thoughtfully furnished, and rigorously maintained — not just to meet regulatory standards, but to create spaces where young people genuinely want to be.
All our accommodations are assessed against Regulation 6 of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. We conduct regular location assessments and ensure all premises are covered by appropriate insurance and meet health, safety, and fire regulations.
From the moment a young person arrives, they receive a personal welcome pack — bedding, towels, and toiletries — so that from the very first night, they know they are valued and expected. We encourage residents to personalise their rooms with pictures, soft furnishings, and books, because a bedroom should reflect who you are.
Our Properties
Sams Homes operates supported accommodation across West London and Norfolk, offering a range of settings to suit different needs and stages of independence. Whether a young person requires 24/7 staffed support, enhanced support for a specific period, or floating support as they build independence, we aim to provide the right setting and structure.
All of our properties are residential in character — real homes in real neighbourhoods, chosen for their access to transport, education, employment, and community life.
